Trying to get off the meds...

    Hiya [:P]

I'm currently trying to ween myself off the meds but already I'm noticing differences that I'm not liking - the worry is slowly creeping back in...does this mean I'm not ready to give them up yet?

I thought I was feeling so much better and I've moved on with my life after a hard couple of years, so I dont understand why I'm beginning to worry again. Will I ever get over this? When will be the right time to come off the meds??? Got a feeling there could be a long and rocky road ahead...[Sigh...]

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance
    Luv Curly xx

    Hi Curly

Are you coming off the medication under the supervision of your doctor? You really need to wean off very slowly and it may be that you are trying to cut down too quickly.

    Some further information here:
