Thanks so much ... i think i'm getting better slowly and think i'm a lot better off than a lot of other people here judging by the messages i read but i still have bad moments in each day ... today has been a good day but my stomach feels strained at the moment ... first thing in the morning and last thing in the evenings are usually the worst times for me
