Left arm weakness. Out and worried. Please reply

Hi. Im out at a party at the monent and started to get weakness in my left arm. Im starting to panic now and dont want to leave. Has anyone had this before? Please reply as im panicking. Thanks x

i get the same feeling when i get it i check that my shoulders are not up around my ears .maybe you are tense we dont always notice .let your shoulders down you will be fine enjoy yourself
