Exercise is a good thing, gets the cardiovascular going and keeps the heart and blood pressure healthy (unless you have serious health issues, even then gentle exercise is often recommended). Just try not to worry about anxiety and focus on the activity you're doing. I always feel better after exercise even though it can be tiring.
Hi United - just wondering how you got on with the exercise? I've been finding exercising scary, but have finally managed to do some!!
I started off with the warm up and built up to 20mins - felt shakey afterwards at first and worried my heart wouldn't slow down again, but of course it did and each time now is easier.
Hope it went OK
Love Helen
Hi, i stared exercising a month ago after not doing aything at all for 5 years. The first month was great then, the breathing was hard, i pushed myself a bit too much, and guess what, panic!!! i haven't been back since:(. I'll keep an eye on this post to get some advice for myself if you don't mind. Tara x

It was the final piece of the jigsaw for me really. I'd highly recommend it but I know how daunting it can be to make the push if you have health anxiety.
All I can say from my experience is go for it.
Good luck,
