Does anybody have that horrid feeling of a lump in their throat, I find i get this when i feel anxious and stressed, is this normal for it to keep coming back when experiencing these periods of stress and anxiety. What can be done for it?

It's totally normal, known as choking up. Nothing you can do, it's totally harmless.

Comes and goes with me all the time , just ignore it and it buggers off for awhile .
The more you swallow and think about it the worse it gets , i get up and keep busy and it dissapears . Its always worse in the morning for me . If it comes and goes it proves nothings there or it would be there all the time .
