blood in urine

Hi i had an urge to pass urine to night and when i did nothing happened but had a spasm like feeling in my urether anyway had a drink and went to have a wee and managed a bit but as finishing had the same spasming and when i looked down the toilet they were tiny specks of blood in my urine and this has happened for the rest of the night the same spasms and tiny specks of blood do you think its serious or an infection x

Most likely an infection Bronte, probably best to get a sample to your doc xx

you might have those salt crystals , um little stones that are very common you get them in your urethra , sometimes when you pee one out it can hurt. So it could be that, sorry I can't remember the actual name.
