    Question does this happen to u?

    when i have anxiety and i panic i feel like the anxiety is physically spreading all over my body, its creepy and idk y it maybe happening. does anyone have phyical reactions to panic/anxiety?

    There are so many physical symptoms,mine usually start with the sweating of the palm of my hands!
