Dosage

Hi have written to my Dr that I wish to up my dose as things are not quiet right, 15mg to 30mg, just wondered what anyone has experienced regards this jump?, am I likely to feel OK? or might I have to go through the side effects, sedation being the obvious one, vivid dreams again, or as I've been on them for over two months at 15mg it won't be quiet so bad.

When I went up from 15-30mg I hardly noticed any side effects....just felt a little more drowsy than normal the next day...everything else was fine!!

Good luck on the increased dose...I know it helped me when I needed it.

Hi Kite66,

I've recently gone from 15 to 30 and noticed very little if any drowsiness the next day. Which is great for me.

There aren't any new side effects or the existing ones that have got any worse.

The increase seems to be mostly well tolerated.

hi there crumble, i wondered if you felt the increased dose helped your mood and anxiety. i felt great initially on 15mg but after week or so i started feeling quite tense and anxious again so doc said to increase to 30. just wondering how long it is before the increased dose has an effect.
