God I feel so afraid. Afraid to be at home, afraid to be at work, nowhere to escape this crap feeling.

Worried about so many things even little things.Things are in a bit of a mess and I feel so disorganised. Sick of it all

i feel a bit lost and afraid (more so than usual ) i think this is a bad patch for many of us

i really hope it gets better for us all

There is nothing to be afraid of, again turn it around, you are not afraid just sorry that you cant get to grpes with whatever, but you will do as you will keep trying. Hopefully you will soon find yourself to busy being positive to be afraid
