Feeling so sad :-(

I'm feeling soo fed up just don't know what to do nomore, I'm shaking from stress, think this is how my life is meant to be constant stress and constant sadness feel like everyone hates me and wants me to have a rubbish life.

Yeah I feel the same aswell but I'm gradually coming to accept it's all in my head and once you actually believe that it starts getting better.
Frame of mind man, Get the book by 'Paul Mckenna - Instant Confidence'. Might help. There's a good mind programming CD that comes with it. It's good.

I'm sure people don't think that H. Everything and everyone seems against us sometimes but it's just our negative state of mind.

Think of the people in your life who care and make a difference. It's never all bad...

Sorry that you are feeling this way at the moment....everyone does not hate you, its just your mind at the moment making things negative!! We all feel like this from time to time...it will pass....think of the people who do care about you and take the positives from them!!
