Aches and Pains - TENS

I saw my psychiatrist last night - who advised me to keep up the acupuncture as it releases endorphins (great for aches and pains and for making us feel brighter!) - he also advised me to use my TENS machine whenever I get IBS stomach aches. He said he releases endorphins in the same way.

I never knew it could be used like that - only ever used it on running injuries in the past.

I'm sitting at my desk all wired up at the moment - so will let you all know if it helps!! Thought of your leg Jackie - if we can get rid of the symptoms, surely we will worry less and cut out the horrible anxiety cycle!!
