    Counselling Assessment has been potponed

A woman at MIND phoned me today to postpone my first Assessment. I have waited long enough and am nervous about going anyway.

I just want to find out whats wrong with me, but am still scared to make an appointment at Docs.

Probably wouldn't get in any where else b4 mid May anyway, so I won't phone MIND back.

    I have got a plan b.

    hi ju.ann,

dont be too disappointed that your assessment was postponed. i'd say phone them back. the more opportunites you've got to find help and support, the better the chances that you'll find things that help you. tc ..andrew
