Hi

I've just joined this forum. I was diagnosed in Feb 2011 with general anxiety disorder.

After this I tried to get back into work but it went wrong after a few weeks so I had to leave work and moved in to live with my parents.

I'm working my way through CBT and am on 20mg Citalopram. I am also on ESA and have a medical soon which scares me.

Trying to get better but its not easy. I go to a Mind group once a week but it would be nice to meet more people with similar conditions.

Oh, and I have never worked as a tinker nor intend to - it's just a name I thought up.
