Welcome to the site.
I understand where you're coming from. I too used to worry that I had a brain tumour..& blood clot & MS..the list is endless. I too have been to the opticians & was dreading them finding something but they didn;t. You must believe the optician, they would pick things up like this.
Your symptoms are anxiety, as horrible as they are they will not hurt you.
