Buzzing suddenly in head - panic

I have just had a really scary random problem - Suddently I had this buzzing in my head, I can only describe it as like my head was turning inside out and I felt dizzy and like I was gonig to pass out. I got up and it has slowly faded but I wasn't doing anything to set it off, I wasn't anxious, just sat at my desk at work.

Please help, I'm pretty unsettled and still feel wobbly and scared.

Hiya i have had a similar feeling before and it was all due to a panic attack. It just comes from nowhere when your just getting on with things. Just try to relax, i know it isn't easy to do when people say that but it does help. I have noticed the worse thing to do is get more worked up because that just makes these feelings worse xx
