clicking in right ear

i went to the dr about ringing in my ears and headaches ive had tinnitus for about 10 years but usually dont notice it, but in the last 2 months ive been really stressed , he wants me to have a tinnitus test but is sure that its nothing serious but now ive got a clicking sound in my right ear which is even more annoying, has anyone experienced this at all? please reply thanx xxx

I get a clicking but it's due to tiny hard lump I have just inside my ear.
Ive had the ringing noise most of my life, it's just one of those harmless but annoying things.
Wow I didn't even know there was such a test!!
