sore on head

on top of my head theres a sore area which i can feel sometimes. today i had to tug my hair so hard to get all the knots out- about 5 mins ago. it hurt to tug them out and brush it. im worried.:(

hey you might be like me, I can't even tie up my hair without my head getting really sore after. I really think it's sore from brushing your hair too hard, it can help if you brush from the ends of your hair and work upwards

its caused by tension you are so worked up and anixious your holding your self tense i used to not be able to touch my scalp as it was so tender once i tryed to relax it went. also if your on the computer alot that can cause tension x
