Hi,

Does anyone suffer from weird sensations in their face and eye sort like a numbness, also very lightheaded all the time and feel like the world is spinning ??

Hi Katie

Strange was just going to post about the same! I have woken with this feeling this morning, can assure you it is totally anxiety related and will soon pass, my doctor told me this is a very common anxiety symptom and can occur in hands, legs, feet, arms, face & lips, its very unpleasant but wont cause you any harm

Hi Katie,

I used to get this feeling a lot, always on the left side of my face, the feeling like it was numb, but if I touched it it wasn't.
Also the llight headedness is another typical anxiety symptom I found if I forgot about the feelings that they soon went away.

Thanks so much - makes me feel better just to knoqw that other people have had this too. Mine is also left sided !!! Hard not to keep imagining the worse though XX
