Hi everyone.
I've been a member for quite a few years and definitely had some ups and downs along the way. Currently, not doing great, suffering with Health anxiety issues more than the agoraphobia. Still have ag. and although i can't go out alone, i am 'coping' with that.

But some other news. I was recently asked by the mental health foundation to do a story for them, so i thought i'd share it with you.

Hi there Sarah I have just looked at the Ruby Wax interviews that you did and the first inteview too. You look like a very brave and courageous person. I hope that you can continue to go out. I live in Essex too as I noticed Gt Notley Park although I have never been there. EJ.
