    Pleasse comment

    Ever since i started setraline I wake up with palpitations also when I have my first cigarette of the day will it go i am 5 weeks into setraline...also experiencing head pressure constantly...thanks guys linda

    Hi Irisheyes

    I would ask the doctor, that sounds like it may be a side effect of the medication you are taking..
