I have had a very bad day. The weather hasn't helped yet I am sitting here with my window open listening to the rain on my car port and finding it very relaxing.
I have no job because I left it due to depression, I am training to be a bookkeeper and I looked at a reprot today and couldn't complete it and to top it all I think my course provider isn't what it is craked up to be.

I'm so sorry you're having bad time of it but I'm sure things will start looking up for you.

And the weather is supposed to be improving this week. HOORAY! Bring on the sunshine!

hi there
have you heard of seasonal adjustment disorder?
rain and greyness gets me down, and then when the sun comes out i'm so happy.
i have a light box and it really helps.
i definately recommend it.
