Need some help!
I took one teaspoon of inositol powder last night around 10pm which felt good for a few hours seem to reduce the anxiety, unfortunately I was unable to sleep during the night and also now during the day I can't seem to get any sleep?!? Has anyone else had this issue with inositol as I have read it is suppose to aid sleep but I've never had any problems sleeping. It's a shame really as I did have high hopes
