I don't know if I am posting this in the right place but talking to people in the chat room on here is really helping me get through a difficult time with anxiety and depression. It is just that there doesn't seem to be many people using it at the moment. I encourage anyone who wants to talk to someone or just have a chat in general to go in there as I have found everyone really friendly and helpful!
