They aren't nothing. If, like another poster mentioned, you were diagnosed with IBS that is what your symptoms are related to. It is also possible that your anxiety is exacerbating this pre-existing condition.

    Focus on treating your anxiety.

Me, I'm suffering with this badly at the moment. Pains from the moment I wake up and going the toilet all morning.

Really struggling. Went away and I'm all over the place.

    Hi everyone.
So I've had a really nice weekend with my family and I've felt chilled but today I was doing a lot of dar journeys (I get car sick) and it's made my stomach feel like it's rock hard. I felt the sulphur burps coming on and he whole plane journey back from Scotland, I felt that rush that I needed the toilet and I went all red in the cheeks, hot, sweating cause I couldn't get out to disturb anyone. I'm scared I'm now gonna end up in hospital or that when I go to the toilet it'll explode and maybe have blood. I'm all over the place. Do sulphur burps mean I need a camera down my throat or an endoscopy. Some days I feel fine and others hurrendous. Pls if anyone's free to talk do message me

I think it is just anxiety & that it is made worse by having been relaxed & then all the travelling. I am the same before gong away & on my return. It is horrid because as soon as we feel nauseas or hot or trapped it sets off the HA. I have had all sorts of symptoms since returning from holiday at the weekend.

Anyone had good results with Apple cider vinegar

    Hey,
I brought some ACV from holland and Barrett today in hope that it will help my digestive issues. Has anyone tried this and if so, is it good? Hoping it will help get rid of my egg burps.

    Hi

This is just a courtesy reply to let you know that your post was moved from its original place to a sub-forum that is more relevant to your issue.

This is nothing personal - it just enables us to keep posts about the same problems in the relevant forums so other members with any experience with the issues can find them more easily.
