St Johns Wort and sertraline

Does anyone know if you can take St John Wort with Sertraline?
Im still so up and down with the sertraline. Today not a good day - mind you I did have 3 glasses of wine last night and looked on my ex's face book page. - oooops!

Hi Kel - AVOID like the plague - can cause serotonin syndrome - dangerous combination.

I agree with Laura. You'll see in the information leaflet that St. John's wort can't be taken with SSRIs, including sertraline.

If you think it's not working, go back and see your GP.

No you can't take St Johns Wort with any antidepressants. Can cause seretonin syndrome which is very dangerous
