tingling on my face and head????

ive been getting tingling down my face and on the top and sides of my head.its a really weird feeling and dont know why it happens.also ive been getting a feeling of pressure in my forehead,top of my head,temples and behind my eyes.im really worried about this.anyone have any advice on what it can be?

Lots of poeple get this. if you go into the symptoms forum, there is a 'sticky' at the top about pins and needles and tingling - other sufferers and why it happens.

Heres some more posts also, this is very common with anxiety hun. But if your real worried hun you could visit your gp to give you peace of mind.

i dont think its related to my anxiety though,can it happen for no reason without it being related to anxiety?

I think often, we are anxious without realising it, and symptoms can happen even when we are not consciously very anxious. For example, my muscles ache and it took me ages to work out that I was clenching my fists really tightly, even while 'relaxed'! This in turn made my muscles ache hours later. I would hazard a guess that you carry a lot of tension ion your scalp and head - have you tried a scalp massage?

i get this quite alot even my head will go numb sounds weird but true its the anxiety we think sometimes we breathe right but we are not and sometimes i think when and i know when i breathe right i still get it.......so try and not worry..........best to ya.........linda[8D]
