    can i ask for medication to be increased

    hey have been on citropram for 9months for depression,anxiety and panic attacks .things had improved and was exercising alot.Have been doing alot of exercise as well which really help me be able to function .however 6mths ago i njured my leg and have not been able to do any type of exercise.My anxiety has come back and am really frightened the panic attacks are returning.the only thing i can think to do is to increase the meds .do you think my doctor will be willing to do this?how much should i increase the meds to.i just feel so scared that im going to go back to square one again dont know how i would cope if things got that bad again.sorry everyone thanxs for readng dont know what to do

    Defintely talk to your doctor. He could increase the dosage or add something to work with it. I am sorry about your injury. I know how much exercise helps and an injury must be devasting.
