    'very high', but then I knew that already. It told me to get professional help, which I'm doing.

    Are people pleased to have scored highly? Does this "validate" your HA or should a high score mean that you should stop continually posting for reassurance and actively seek out therapy or other means of support to get better? What is the point of comparing notes re scores?

    I'm pleased to have scored highly as it validates to me that the health condition I have which most needs attention is anxiety. Doing the quiz and getting a high score doesn't necessarily mean that people are not addressing their anxiety though. Hopefully our scores will go down as we work on reducing our anxiety.
