Clicking teeth

Hi basically as the title says my teeth are clicking when i put pressure on them with my tongue! Its driving me crazy , its happening to all my teeth even the back ones. Im worried they are all going to fall out! I brush my teeth twice a day and think my oral hygene is pretty good. Ive noticed its a lot worse when i eat or drink something cold and im only pushing my tongue against them gently and they are all clicking and feel like they are moving, its been happening on and off for a couple months but feels a lot worse this last week.

Your teeth have ligaments which allows them to move. A slight movement in them is perfectly normal, particulary single rooted teeth.

This used to happen to me, never really cared about it tho. I noticed it about 2 years ago right now i don't have that clicking sensation because i recently got braces and made all my teeth tight.
