    well done i have had a big fear of leaveing my home for many years ,i also suffer from bad anxiety but with my labrador i can take her for a walk in the morning she helps me so much

    Great news! From everything I've read, gradual exposure is the best way to get rid of agoraphobia. You did a good thing and I hope you keep it up. No one deserves to live this way.

    I'm struggling with agoraphobia myself -- I am terrified to travel and I have a trip coming up next week as part of my exposure therapy. I cannot tell you how scared and panicked I am to go.
