    Dark chocolate

I've heard that dark chocolate helps improve mood and lower anxiety levels. I think you're supposed to eat one-two oz a day for results. Try it out! Why not?

I put some in my morning smoothies sometimes, certainly doesn't hurt!

    Re: Dark chocolate

I have 2 squares per day, as much for the antioxidants as the other alleged benefits. It's supposed to be very good for you, especially if it contains more than 70% cocoa. While it doesn't solve my problems it does make me feel good for a bit So, does it
boost mood? Yes! Yes! YES! Long-term, maybe not, depends on how much weight I gain lol
