Mornin' Mandie,
It worked for me on the increase so I'm sure alternating for a period of time is the way to reduce the medication too, but I'm no doctor so before 'tampering' with your dosages make sure you discuss it with the professionals.
Take the initiative and proactively suggest what YOU want to do rather than sit quietly and be TOLD how to continue.

hi Chopper
I have appointment with doctor today so i will tell him what i want to do.
Im lucky that i do have a doctor who has been very supportive throughout my anxiety
