    Hi

Just like any other anxiety related symptom you have become aware of this happening all the time. Every time you speak to someone your mind will focus on the "I'm going to get a red face and that will bother me" thought. Try to train that thought out of your mind by not feeling embarrased about it. It may not be easy at first but just let it run it's course and don't worry about it.

    It will soon go away.
