I 'feel' a fish bone stuck in my throat

Earlier on I cooked my family some nice fish fillets and we all sat down and enjoyed it etc.

Anyway it's about an hour later and it feels as if I have a bone stuck in the left side of my throat that I can feel when I swallow, but of course I have anxiety and my big anxiety related fear is always of choking or getting foreign bodies stuck in my throat.

So yes given that history deep down Im not sure if there is a bone stuck there although there sure as hell feels like one. However, it's a Saturday night the week before Christmas so I really really don't want a trip to the A&E over nothing.

Could you get someone to take a look down your throat? Usually if someone has a bone or something stuck it's pretty easy to see.

Take some lemon juice.. and drink it or a piece of bread..They often put lemon juice in seafood resturants for this reason.The citrus acid usually will disolve bone. ..Hope you feel better soon.Michael
