@mismashful2 - Hi! It was sad and terrifying to hear your story. Your dad needs help. Seek someone you can really trust and who can really talk with your dad. A medical health counselor might be a good choice. After which you can settle your worries freely.

While I agree seeking help for the op's dad I feel it may not be the ideal solution as he has to agree on getting this help, plus it won't be solved over night, so the op needs to get out off the destructive relationship for their own sanity Cheers

the first thing you need to do is speak with someone at your University, a personal tutor, student services, there will be resources there to help you. They have a duty of care to you even though you do not live on campus.
Please do this as soon as possible.
Your father controlling your finances and decisions is not acceptable, but surely even he knows this situation cannot last forever given you are not a child. when are you 21? Will he loosen the grasp a little then? Either way, you are a grown adult woman and this needs to stop.
Get help from Uni, ask them about moving out, he physically cannot stop you from doing this and if you are fearful of him then surely this shows what kind of person he is... if he is dangerous you need to take action very quickly and carefully. good luck
