Hi was just wondering if anybody has tried any natural or herbal remedies for their anxiety I have bn taking a few supplements which all contain valerian extract for the last four days now, although I wouldnt say it has dampened my anxiety any it has def helped me a lot to get a good nights sleep before I would lie awake all night sometimes with constant panic but now this stuff seems to make me so sleepy at nights, was wondering if anybody else has tried this stuff or any other remedies?

I also take Valerian and I think it has made a difference! You are right about the sleep... I have sleepless night (well I go to sleep only to wake up a few hours later!!). Have you tried a tea called Valerian Plus by Dr Stuart's? You can find at Healthy Food Shops... but for my anxiety I carry a bottle of Rescue Remedy everywhere I go...

I use a twinings Calm tea, and I find this more effective than something like Bach's rescue remedy.

It has camomile, lavendar (which you can't taste) rooibos and cocabeans. Tasty stuff too
