Hi i hope that you ladies are well....today i thought i would try some grapes for my constipation i think you get to a point where you will try anything once,so i ate 5/6 a few hours ago and now i am racked with wind and pain and finding it hard to actually walk about so when i can get in the kitchen its time for the hot water.I have a wheat bag i have been using as well it doesnt help at the moment as i have a prolapse.

Hi i have the same symptoms as you and i have to put it down to anxiety the muscles round my stomach and bowels are so tight in the right side it never seems to let up and appears to be part of my life now,it doesn't help as i have just split up with my partner of 27 years......how are you feeling now? Have you had any let up in your symptoms. x

I'm having a flare up at the moment. Awful trapped wind which creeps up into my chest. Second day now. Anxiety is through the roof. Which I know brings on more wind. Although I don't yet understand why anxiety causes so much wind .....
