Click in Head and other strange sensations

    Hi there,
I have been on here a few times over the last 5 years since my 2nd son was born when I seemed to develop numerous head sensations including shaky brain, electric zaps, brain freezing and vision shaking - I have learned to live with the ones I have had before - I am generally a positive happy person but if something comes up that I havent had before and no-one else has had it or I cant explain I go in to full panic mode and thats where I am right now.
I have been terrified of brain tumours, after hearing about a number of people with them I start to worry which manifests in a headache pain in the forehead which lasts maybe 2 weeks. I have had a scan and seen a eye specialist who said there wasnt any pressure behind my eyes.

The muscles in my forehead seem to tense so much and I get this pain or pressure in my forehead but sometimes out of nowhere I will get a sudden feeling of pressure above my nose and across my eyes.

I recently heard a few sad things that set me off on a vicious cycle and the pressure head started up again.

I had a horrible experience once where as I was sleeping in the morning a massive noise like a buzzing alarm went off in my head - I was fine but at the time thought I was having a stroke.

Apparently this is a phenomena and others have had it so hopefully if that reassures anyone - it even has a name!

But what happened yesterday morning has shaken me up and I am really scared now. Again I was sleeping in early morning and heard this click in my head - I woke up, had a massive panic attack and was pretty useless for the rest of the day. Saw a g.p who assured me I was ok but I cant rationalise it - I do get popping in the naval cavaties but this felt like it came from the left side of head - it could have been maybe my neck as it cracks badly but I dont think I was moving at the time and again it did sound like it was in my head.

Is there anyone that could maybe put my mind at ease as its driving me mad - everyone tells me to get a grip but I find it very hard as most of you all do too no doubt.

I am so scared its a brain related thing or high blood pressure - I have a fear of having another baby as I imagine pushing the baby out and having something go wrong with a bleed in the brain ir burst blood vesssels or something - even though i have had 2 babies so it is ruining it for me.

    Can anyone help please?

I've suffered a click, followed by a fairly literal buzz (not a sound of buzzing really but a senation) accompanies by tremendous panic. Happened to me a few times over the last twenty years or so but I don't have a clue what it was about. It was very unpleasant but it didn't seem to cause or indicate any damage.

Oh how interesting, I I have noticed a couple of times when I'm half asleep I feel/hear/imagine a great click as if my jaw was stuck and forced open "through" a click. Felt horrible and shocking and It felt like my whole head went CLICK. I couldnt work out if it was imaginatioin, but looking back, I think it was. Some panic response as I slept, like dreaming of falling and then having a massive twitch as if you landed on the matress.
And the buzzing thing, well I had sleep paralysis once and my ears vibrated really badly and made a very loud vibrating buzzing noise. But both of these are nothing to worry about in my opinion. Does that help you?

i feel everso down today - I tried to 'get over' the click thing by rationalising I was half asleep and it could have been my neck but it happened today while I was driving - I noticed that it happens if i laugh or clench my jaw - I just find it very scary that a click sound can go off in your head and everyone tells me to get a grip but I am scared. I am fed up of having headaches and pressure headaches. I am going to see a healer next week! Worse still I remember reading about a guy who was ill who had clicking but he did have other symptoms too - can anyone relate to this - it feels very lonely - thanks for replying you guys! xx

That sounds more like it's to do with pressure in your ear or possibly instability in your jaw. I don't think it's anything sinister - honestly

I get this too. It is frightening, it feels like someone has thrown a stone at you-it happens really quick and its like a shock and as soon as you notice it its gone. I too have suffered since the birth of my daughter who is now 4-i was desperately paranoid about brain tumors but I have had another successful pregnancy even while trying to rationalise this fear. I had hardly any panic during the whole of my second pregnancy however when my son was born they said my blood pressure was quite high which sent my anxiety soaring and the whole health anxiety started again. I get alot of head sensations as you put it-blurred vision, clicks and buzzing in my head, daily headaches, most days i have to rest my head back on something coz i am constantly aching in my head! I try and stay positive-i too have had a scan of my head which was clear. I have had a recent in depth eye test because I have recently started with migraine with aura which is putting me off having another baby which is a shame. I hope you feel better soon just take one day at a time

Hang on this sounds a bit like your jaw if it happens when you clench it. If it is temporomandibular dysfunction (clicky hurty jaw) then that could also explain your headaches.

Hello to all of you. I would like to ease your fear and anxiety by relating something of great importance to you. You are not ill! You are not losing it! the strange symptoms that you are experiencing are universal and everything on planet earth is experiencing them. The symptoms vary in form and degree according to your personal DNA. Planet Earth is moving into higher dimensions and all inhabitants, humans as well as plants and animals are ascending with it. There is nothing you can do to stop it. It has been underway for many years. The best thing that you can do is to ground your energies and go with the flow. You can learn more about how to do this by visiting the website of Karen Bishop {whats up on planet earth} don't take my word for it. Investigate and inform yourself. Love to all. alliswell
