    Chocolate

Sometimes, when I'm feeling depressed/anxious and panicky I have chocolate and it really helps. I guess it's the sugar rush plus the fact that it helps to release endorphins or some such feel good chemical. I suppose the word of warning should be about comfort eating though.

MMMm i tuck into chocolate too, does contain caffeine though which can aggravate anxiety for some people. But i am a bit of a chocoholic - and hey we've got to have some treats in a day.

    Take care

It is the combination of the fat and sugar content which apparently releases endorphines and causes the feel good factor.

There is nothing wrong with eating some chocolate as part of a healthy diet.
