Constant swallowing

For the past 6wks I have been swallowing all the time. I had ear wax build up which bought on panic/anxiety really bad ever since them this keeps happening. I have lost loads of weight can't eat properly. With the weight loss I'm thinking it could be something else which is worrying me. I'm waiting on loads of blood tests to come back. Can't sleep at night been put on sleeping pills but don't want to rely on them. This constant swallowing is concerning me it won't ever go away

I very much doubt constant swallowing as your main symptom is anything to worry about. I wish that was my main issue lol but I understand it's scarey to you
