Palpations, racing heart

Hi all

Been on a Lexapro, been off for 7 weeks but wasn't coping so went back on them 2 days ago.

For the last week or so I've been having palps. My heart rate has been a. It higher than normal. I wear a Garmin and it's peaked really high and then it's dropped really low today. I'm not sure if it's just a fault in the heart reader as I'm pretty sure I checked my pulse and it was normal but now I'm second guessing.

I'm terrified, I haven't felt like this in the last 5 years since I've been on a Lexapro. I'll make a doctors appt but the waiting is going to kill me. I'm terrified I'm going to die :(

I find my stomach can affect how fast my pulse is at rest, anything from 65 to 85 BPM depending on what mood it's in. Maybe it's that?
