No lump i can find but right testical hurts lower abdom and kidney area

Had this for about week pain moves around on right side went doc did wee sample was OK no blood no infection was told prob epididymitis . But I'm worried it's more than that . Pain is strange it's behind testical or tip moves to were appendix are then right side kidney area . I feel fatigued . Sickly . No fever no blood no lumps . Think of going to AE in morning .any help be great
