Anxiety in jobs

Hi,

My name is tracey. I was always confident in all my jobs since the age of 18. I am 50 this year. I now have anxiety in working in an office.

I have recently moved house to a nice area in lancashire, and after my first anxiety attack at my last job (6 months) I left there and got counselling and now temp. But I still have these anxious feelings, feel useless at work, old, out of touch, and not part of the place.

Im going to continue temping after this position ends, trying to get my confidence back. Im so sensitive I feel like crying sometimes when Ive not done something right.

Id done really busy full time jobs before, now I just do 25 hours a week.

this is my first post and I will evaluate fully later.
I really need advice on how to deal with this. Sometimes I think its the start of the menopause but not sure.
