Hello

Just joined and I'm hoping to meet people who understand how it feels to suffer from mental health issues.

I've some deep seated unresolved life issues and I've suffered from anxiety, depression, OCD and confidence issues and have done for many years, although hidden from public view pretty well.

I'm currently going through a changeover from Venlafaxine to mitrazapine after having sertraline, citalopram and seroxat over the years. I'm also taking diazepam to help with the venlafaxine wiithdrawal.

Life is complicated and very demanding.
