Hi all,

I suffer from agoraphobia - not housebound but like to stay in my 'safe zone' around my area, I'm working on exposure therapy at the moment which is mostly going well, I'm taking it slowly as I've rushed before and had a relapse.

The thing I'm needing help with is I have a wedding to attend on Saturday and I desperately want to go and have a nice time but the thought of it is causing me worry.
Can anyone suggest any tips on avoiding panic while there or dealing with it well? If I panic I usually feel like I'm going to pass out and feel the need to flee home.
