So, as the title suggest, my pulse is remarkably faster when inhaling. Not just a little bit, but a lot.
Is this arrhythmia?

It's arrhythmia in that it's respiratory arrhythmia and nothinge serious. It's a complicated process all going on unseen, but basically, when you breathe in your lungs expand and this reduces the amount of blood in the heart so it works a little harder to compensate, hence the faster pulse. Also a set of muscles around the diaphram are used to help expand your lungs and your ribs also expand too. When you exhale, the opposite happens so your heart rate slows down again. All of that with one little breath
