Laying here watching tv and I felt just a quick little electric shock type thing in the front of my head. Brain zap I guess. Then had a metallic tinny taste in mouth. Could this be anxiety related?

Yep brain zap is something to do with nerves and serotonin, they were my first sign of anxiety. I still get them if I move my head quickly or I'm overly tired. Mine have a faint buzzing sound as well. I've heard of people getting them if they move their eyes fast as well. Its startled nerves in most cases.
