    How many?

How many palpitations roughly do you average a day?

I am sure a lot of us with HA count them

    Yes, I mean skipped beats.

I have had 6 today and I'm worried.

    Re: How many?

I've literally had about 100 a day three weeks back. There was one time I had them about 50 times when I was sleeping. Sometimes as frequently as a few per minute

I did an echo and everything was normal. I am scheduled for an electrophysiologist for a follow up but all tests show as benign so far.

I had a bad episode yesterday after eating a heavy meal. I probably had about 50 or so yesterday during a span of 10 minutes.

    Re: How many?

I usually have like 5 a day, many of which I don't even feel.

Had a rough few days, though. Two days ago was my worst day ever with over 80. :/

You guys do know that constant checking exacerbates anxiety etc?

Yep. I have known it for years and I've just finished another round of 16 CBT session.

At times it still gets me though, sadly.
