Dizzyness and dull, aching neck/head

I've had a feeling like I'm suffering with flu for just under a week now, it comes and goes. I feel dizzy and a bit light-headed at times. Plus, at the top of my neck it has been aching a dull ache. Its not painful, just a nusance. Plus, I have been getting similar dull pains around my head every so often. I'm terrified its something bad happening in my head like a tumour and I'm not doing very well at stopping my mind running riot.

I want to go up to my anxiety, smile, put my arm around it and say to it caringly, 'Hey! How are you? How's your day been?'

Then, just as its about to answer me, I wanna throw a sack over it and give it a hiding within an inch of its life.

That would be nice.

Hey Dan. If I were you, I'd call up my doctor, to me it's better to know at least. And if it turns out to be nothing but your anxiety (or whatever) maybe you could get some help for that.
