Lymphoma rash

In the past few days I have developed this rash that looks like goosebumps but are either red or white. They are all over the top of my arm, just above the elbow crease, bits at the bottom and on the upper thigh of my right leg. My mum think it's due to heat and sweating but I am concerned it is linked to lymphoma. How should I address this with my doctor?
